Al mattino il canto degli uccelli accompagna la colazione, mentre il profumo degli agrumi riempie l’aria. Nel pomeriggio ci si rilassa all’ombra del giardino o sulla terrazza, e la sera il silenzio della campagna regala momenti di pura quiete.

For me, the highlight of our 10 days in Sicily was the interaction with Claudia, the hostess. She made a huge positive impact on our stay by being extremely helpful and kind, attentive to all our needs and very fast to reply to chat messages. My wife's birthday was on the 5th day of our stay and I wanted to buy her a surprise birthday cake and that could not have happened without Claudia who basically did everything for me - I cannot thank her enough! She also pointed us to interesting places and events to visit (we could not do them all because we were with kids 3 and 8 years old but we truly appreciate her resourcefulness). At the beginning of our stay we had a technical issue but she was very determined to help us even late in the evening and during the weekend so it was eventually resolved. The house is great for a family with two kids and the citrus garden made the experience for us unique - never in my life had I a chance to just pick a fresh mandarin from the tree and eat it (and I am such a mandarin lover). The location is very quiet and secure and at the same time very convenient for sightseeing due to its proximity to the highway and shopping areas (supermarkets are 5-7 minutes away and there is a huge shopping center nearby as well). The air is fresh, no pollution from the traffic in the central areas, there is a private parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well-furnished, we even found some spices like salt, olive oil, etc. as well as a dish washer and dish cloths. Immaginate l`accoglienza in una casetta indipendente, con terrazza sull`agrumeto di casa, il tutto non lontano dal centro di Palermo. Una location tranquillissima, provvista di colazione e bevande, confortevole ed arredata con gusto. L`ospite è accogliente e premurosa, sempre di aiuto nell`organizzare spostamenti e visite turistiche. Un B&B fantastico in cui spero di tornare presto. Imagine being welcomed in an independent house, with a terrace in front of a citrus grove, all not far from the center of Palermo. A very quiet location, equipped with breakfast and drinks, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host is welcoming and thoughtful, always helpful with suggestions and tourist tips. Claudia, the hostess, speaks English and also Spanish and (understands a little German) is a very warm person who was always attentive to everything we needed. The house (one bedroom, spacious dinning and living room, a bathroom) is new, modern and very well furnished with two terraces and a garage. The place is quiet and located very near from Palermo city and the beautiful surroundings. The nearest beach is 8-10 minutes away by car. Claudia can give a lot of recommendations where to go in Sicily. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in Duplex House ad Agosto e al mio arrivo ne sono rimasta incantata per l' accortezza dei proprietari che hanno pensato ad ogni piccolo dettaglio per rendere il soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Immerso nel verde e poco distante da tutto. L' alloggio invoglia a considerarlo in qualsiasi periodo dell' anno. Privacy, parcheggio per auto interno dinanzi al proprio ingresso . Gusto e funzionalita' di nostro gradimento. Merita tutte le stelle perché a mio parere ha quel qualcosa in più che in località gettonate come la loro, non e' facile da trovare.
